It's the great-grandson of the Queen and grandson of Princess Magaret - Arthur Chatto.

Arthur Chatto (21), who is the youngest son of Princess Margaret's daughter, Lady Sarah Chatto, and her husband, Daniel Chatto, is the royal that everyone is talking about.
Arthur Chatto is the youngest person to row around Great Britain and is also a personal trainer at BoundFitness.
