Prince Harry praises people who make mental health a priority

Prince Harry has praised people who quit their jobs to make their mental health a priority.
In 2020, the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry, and his wife, the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, stepped down from their royal duties.

The couple moved to California with their son Archie to focus on their family, mental health, safety, and other work responsibilities.
Harry has recently made headlines again after he praised people for quitting their jobs to put their mental health first.
In a Q&A, Harry spoke about the importance of mental health, especially while working.

Harry said that he discovered that a lot of job resignations "aren't all that bad."
"In fact, it is a sign that with self-awareness comes the need for change. Many people around the world have been stuck in jobs that didn't bring them joy, and now they're putting their mental health and happiness first. This is something to be celebrated," he said.
