Cecilia van Wyk has been baking Christmas cake using her special recipe for 21 years.
This year, Cecilia spent 48 days baking 258 cakes, each weighing six kilograms.
While she would not dare to give away her secrets, Cecilia says temperature and baking time are very important when it comes to getting the cake just right, as well as lots and lots of quality fruit.
Everyone on the team agreed that the cake was the best they had ever tasted.
