Joburgers, Rian wants to know if you plan to visit the cannabis cafe

Those who like to smoke a bit of dagga and then get a drink to wind down now have their own cafe in Johannesburg.
People have been finding ways to get their dagga fix for years. The increasing number of luxury blends currently on the market, albeit illegally, are proof not only of the demand, but also of how smoking dagga is a lifestyle in its own right.
In March 2017, the Western Cape High Court ruled that the private cultivation and use of cannabis in one's own home was legal. While Parliament still has to amend this law, people like Frank L are moving on with their vision for a future in which people can "socialise and chill", according to Times Live.

The new cannabis cafe is at a hidden location in a Johannesburg suburb: the neon sign outside is bright enough to attract the right patrons, but it is also not obvious enough to get him into any trouble.
Aside from a safe space, Frank L's cafe also offers dagga muffins and a dagga oil that can be smoked the same way as you would use an electronic cigarette.
The cafe has been very successful in its first month, drawing up to 1,300 patrons, according to its owner. And what kind of people would go to such an establishment? Anyone from students to stock brokers to judges - everyone is welcome at Frank L's cannabis cafe.

The Dagga Party posted the story on their Facebook page, and responses were positive, but wary of the consequences of such a store:
