NASA used satellites to track air pollution around the world and the extremely high levels of air pollution in Kriel is mainly caused by humans. The government declared the region a “priority area” because of the environmental risk from air pollution there.
Rian van Heerden was shocked when he heard the news, he received a few calls from listeners stating that they are suffering while living there.
Rian and The Scenic Drive decided that they will have to visit Kriel in Mpumalanga to get a proper sense of what is actually happening.
Rian van Heerden and the Scenic Drive team will visit Kriel in Mpumalanga on the 27th of August 2019.
