SDD finalist Dup does a great impression of an escaped mental patient
SDD finalist Dup's latest stunt tested both his acting abilities and the limits of Centurion's residents.
This week, Dup did something that may be even scarier than trying to bungee jump three times in a row. He assumed the personality of a psychiatric hospital patient who has recently been freed (by legal means or otherwise) from the institution.
The man goes out to a restaurant to try and enjoy a meal and while his slovenly appearance could be forgiven, what are we to do about his imaginary pregnant wife?
At one point, Dup got on his knees and serenaded his lovely invisible wife with Bon Jovi's "Bed of Roses".
When he walked up to someone and told them his wife's water broke, he quickly found out that he had taken things too far. The restaurant patron in question wasted no time in knocking Dup down onto his back! This must be what Leon Schuster felt like every time he was slapped around by one of the people he played practical jokes on.
