Personal space is very important, and you have the right to ask people to respect yours, but what do you do if you come across someone who insists on hugging you?
In a social setting, greeting people you don't necessarily know can be daunting. Do you go for a handshake, a kiss on the cheek, a hug, or all three?
Many people would rather avoid physical greetings altogether in favour of protecting their personal space, but some would argue that is a sign you are an anti-social person.
