TV presenter, actor, and theatre owner Louw Breytenbach offers cleaning services over weekends to financially and psychologically survive lockdown.
Thousands of South Africans are currently unemployed or looking for an extra income to survive the lockdown.
TV presenter, actor, and theatre owner Louw Breytenbach is one of many South Africans trying to make ends meet.
Due to the lockdown, Breytenbach is unable to teach children at his theatre during the pandemic.
According to Breytenbach, he lost 60 students due to financial reasons.

However, he is not closing his doors. Breytenbach will continue hustling and offer cleaning services on weekends to earn an extra income.
Breytenbach wrote on Facebook that people still view the cleaning of houses 'beneath' some racial groups.
"I WANT to clean cause it keeps me calmer than jobs with deadlines and press titles, gets me out of the house and I'm OCD so it keeps my mind and spirit happy to clean and serve," Breytenbach continued on Facebook.
With the help of his friend, Sindisiwe Mavimbela, they will split the income and this will also help Mavimbela to start her own cleaning business.

Breytenbach joined the Scenic Drive to talk about this innovation and how it will help them.
"I was recently in a mental hospital to get help. If you feel sick you go to the doctor. So, why not go see someone like a psychologist?"
"I have OCD - and to clean helps me. This helps me to stay calm and it will also help my helper, Sindisiwe.
