After also experiencing an extreme rugby loss a few weeks ago, this is how an under 15's team got over their defeat.
We all know that this weekend was not a great time for our national rugby team after the experienced an extreme defeat against the All Blacks.
Another South African team also experienced an extreme defeat a few weeks ago. Bloemfontein's Grey College beat the renowned KwaZulu-Natal school, Glenwood by 221-0.

The game started a lot of debates including whether or not a 'mercy' rule should be introduced into youth matches.
Rian spoke to their Glenwood High's Director of Rugby, Derick Heiberg on how the teams get over a loss like this.
