The principal of the school was adamant to share the third grader's voice with the world.
A video of a 9-year-old boy with some serious pipes went viral when the school's principal decided to share it on the social media pages of Bates Elementary School.

After the video was shared on social media, DCorey Johnson instantly went viral.
"His teacher told me he could sing but I had not had the opportunity to hear him until the day he sang he National Anthem. He was absolutely amazing! His infectious smile and personality are even bigger than his voice," the principal Alecia Dunn mention in a Facebook message to TODAY.

Johnson is seen singing into a phone mouthpiece for the school.
