Barney loved Mila's Halloween-themed birthday photos
Internet sensations Mila and Emma Stauffer celebrated their third birthday on Halloween in style.
The costume frenzy around Halloween sweeps everyone up in it, children and pets included. Parents go to great lengths to find costumes for their babies, and the pictures are always cute - but no one ever asks the babies how they feel about being made to dress up.

So what happens if you are a baby and you happen to have been born on Halloween? Well, Mila Stauffer was definitely not going to leave things up to her parents for this one. She had some strict rules about what would and wouldn't happen at her birthday party:
Straight-talking Mila says there are two very important things for anyone who was coming to her party to remember: no teenagers, and no limit on the amount of sweets they could eat. As she rightly says: "it's a holiday - not a health-a-day!"
