Watch: drunk driver hits tree and drives on with it stuck to her car
A woman in Illinois, USA has been arrested after she failed field sobriety tests and was found driving with a tree stuck to her car.
Maryann Christy, 54, is reportedly facing drunk driving charges after she was arrested by police for not only drinking and driving, but driving with a 15ft tree stuck to her car for several miles.
When questioned by police, Maryann reportedly said she remembered hitting a tree, but did not remember where the accident occurred.
According to reports, the accident happened in January, just a few miles before the woman’s home in Schaumburg.
She is reportedly due to appear in court in April.
