Former Free-State rugby star floors woman with head-butt in pub

In the horrific video, Leon can be seen head-butting the woman, causing her to fall to the floor.

The woman reportedly claims what led to the attack was confrontation with Leon over his 'rude' address to a female bartender, Sports24 reports.

His actions reportedly left the woman with a fractured skull and bleeding on the brain, the publication added.

This is reportedly not the first time Leon, who played 11 matches at wing for Free State in 1994 and 49 times for Griquas, has found himself on the wrong side of the law.

He has appeared in court for other charges of assault, Sports24 reported.

Leon has not been arrested, and Police spokesperson Chaka Marope told the publication that he is still on the run.
