Here's why you should let your child pick their nose and eat it

Picking your nose is a frowned upon practice, but it might just be good for your kids and you!

According to a paper published the US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health, you should be letting your kids dig for diamonds and then eat it.
Snot contains a substance known as 'salivary mucins'. This forms a barrier against bacteria and can be a defence against respiratory infection, stomach ulcers, and HIV.
It also helps the teeth fight off bacteria
