Hundred horses saved from drowning in Houston floods
Updated | By Poelano Malema
In what appears to be a miracle story, about 100 horses that were trapped in high water near a Houston-area stable have been saved.

The horses were swept away from a range following floods that hit the area on Monday.
Drivers near the Cypress Trails Equestrian Center on Cypresswood Drive had to stop to offer help and encouragement to animals struggling to keep their heads above water.
Many volunteers gathered around the road with ropes and boats to help rescue the horses.
Sadly, 10 horses have reportedly drowned.
