Fists fly as fight breaks out between petrol attendant and customer
Updated | By Lee-Roy Wright
We are pretty sure this is not how this petrol attendant envisaged his day going?
Things got a bit heated at a Caltex petrol station in Middleburg when a petrol attendant refused to let a customer leave without paying the full amount for his fuel. Do people not know that petrol stations have cameras that record everything?!
Clearly not! It seems that some people still attempt to try their luck when it comes to disobeying the system.
In the video you can see the two men talking and then the driver gets out the vehicle and starts to slap the petrol attendant. Seconds later, punches start to fly and the two land themselves in a scuffle. Clinging to each other, the two fight it out for some time, after which they are broken apart by a few other men.
Apparently the customer had R200 worth of fuel dispensed into his vehicle but only offered to pay R100. How does that even work?! Can't the driver see that there was in fact double the amount of fuel poured into his car by just looking at the pump?!
Well, we salute that petrol attendant for standing up for himself!
