Footage of ranger kicking a pangolin in Kruger
Updated | By Lee-Roy Wright
Social media erupted as a video of a Kruger ranger was seen kicking a pangolin in order for his tourists to get a better photo of the creature. The video shows the ranger kicking the animal and the animal curling into a ball.

Are we so obsessed in order to get the perfect photo? Even if that means that the animal needs to be kicked and bothered in order for the perfect shot?
Well, this is what happened with a Kruger ranger.
After the video was posted to social media, people were furious and anger levels were at an all time high for many who watched the video.
If that is not enough, pangolins are a part of the 'Secret Seven', spotting a pangolin is highly rare. The US Fish and Wildlife Service estimates that between 2006 and 2015, more than a million pangolins have been poached from the wild and traded illegally.
And then they get kicked for a PHOTO?
