GMA: Help little Anevay get the assistance she needs
Updated | By The Complimentary Breakfast
Anevay is 3-years-old and was diagnosed with a rare brain disease called Moyamoya. It is the narrowing, thickening and even blocking of the arteries/veins which prevents blood and oxygen from reaching the brain and causes strokes.
Anevay has suffered two strokes within the last year and is unfortunately enduring a lot of pain. According to the neurosurgeon that is currently treating her, Anevay's condition is a “complicated case”.
The latest MRI scans and test results have shown that the disease has progressed severely in six months and Anevay will have to undergo surgery soon.
The family would like to raise enough funds that will assist Anevay in receiving the medical treatment that she requires.
