BACKGROUND: Michelene (11) Shadé (10) and Micheala (9) are three sisters who never knew their own parents. Their mom, Sylvia died in a car crash eight years ago. Their dad was not in their lives ever since, but has also passed away four months ago. They live with their gran, Theresa, who raised six children of her own. They've been living with her son, Hannes, daughter in-law, Euletté and their son Heinrich (8) for the past seven years, in a garden flat at their home in Roodepoort. There is an abundance of love in this family. There is however no money for extras even though the family try their best to make sure that the girls are in need of nothing. Heinrich, their cousin, is the one who suggested that they "do something extra special for this girls" this year ...
Here are the three little girls with Ouma Theresa, Eulette and Heinrich with Dianne.
