Joost van der Westhuizen was given between two and five years to live when he was diagnosed with Motor Neuron Disease (MND) - that was more than four years ago. The Bravery of South African rugby hero sees him beating the odds as he defies the disease and aims to attend the 20th anniversary reunion of the historic 1995 World Cup win. Today he has a special message to share with the team as they prepare to depart for the 2015 Rugby World Cup.
