MalJan sinks his feet into broken glass
MalJan was faced with a challenge like no other. In preparation for the Discovery Jacaranda FM Spring Walk, he was challenged to walk on broken glass. It was not an easy walk.
The Complimentary Breakfast team decided that since the Discovery Jacaranda FM Spring Walk is around the corner, it would be a good idea to have a wheel with different song titles about “walking” on it.
Wherever it landed, MalJan would then have to do the walk that the song refers to.
There were various song titles such as “Walking in Memphis”, “Walking like an Egytian” and the one that MalJan dreaded most, “Walking on Broken Glass”. Unfortunately for him, this is where the wheel landed.
Since MalJan is not one to refuse a challenge, he decided to go ahead with it.
Paramedics were on site to ensure that should anything go wrong he would be well taken care of. Walking on glass was definitely not a spring walk in the park.
