MalJan takes a trip to the Golf Course: #FeesMustFall
Maljan, with his best set of heels, went out to a
popular golf club in Pretoria to get some golfers to protest with him about
high green fees at golf clubs.
Our First For Woman Sisters with Blisters protest walk against woman and child abuse is fast approaching, we thought it would be a good idea for Maljan to have a protest of his own in the light of recent 'Fees Must Fall' protests that have also taken place on various campuses around the country.
Maljan, with his best set of heels, went out to a popular golf club in Pretoria to get some golfers to protest with him about high Green fees at golf clubs. We get the reaction from the golfers and find out if Maljan could stay out of their way while pushing his cause.
Golfers tended to agree with Maljan and jumped at the opportunity to
oppose these high fees for their favourite game. How will they react when MalJan turns the tables and starts protesting against the game of golf and gets
in their way when they are trying to play? Armed with his posters and a
loudspeaker, Maljan gets on the golfers nerves. We find out if he had to walk
away or actually run in his heels because of angry golfers chasing him away.
