Midrand taxi strike causing mayhem

This morning commuters woke to the #TaxiProtest blocking off major roads in Midrand.

Taxi association Santaco's financial arm Taxi Choice alerted the media yesterday to preparations for a mass strike by its drivers in Gauteng today.
We have now received reports of main roads in the Midrand area that have been blocked off by a number of taxis.
