Rian van Heerden: It's no little procedure
The Complimentary Breakfast's Rian van Heerden is in a little pain...
As you may have noticed, Rian van Heerden has been missing in action over the last week, but it was no holiday at all.
Not only did van Heerden undergo a colonoscopy, but he also underwent surgery to remove an umbilical hernia. Earlier this morning he reflected on the pain and the whole shebang.
