Rian van Heerden's 'We Will Stop You' - A Zuma parody song

Rian van Heerden brought out his inner vocal talents to bring you the hottest song of the year!

South Africans have been up in arms ever since the recent cabinet reshuffle.

If you haven't heard the news, where have you been?! Well, don't worry, because The Complimentary Breakfast's Rian van Heerden has summarised it all for you with a song. President Jacob Zuma has been slammed for his actions and South Africa seems to have reached tipping point.

Using his creative juices, van Heerden managed to pen a parody using Queen's 'We Will You Rock You'. Take a listen to not only Rian's message to President Zuma, but his amazing voice. Okay, maybe your ears might bleed, but you can't help but giggle!

You lent us your talents for the chorus and Rian added the final touches.

Please note: Jacaranda FM does not necessarily represent the views expressed in this song.

Like it? Well, you can download it! If that's not enough, we managed to capture sneaky footage of Rian in the recording studio.

Now you can sing along to the song. Here are the lyrics.

We Will Stop You:

Jacob you annoy making big kak

Playing with the cheats gonna cause us to sink one day

You got egg on yo’ face

You big disgrace

Kicking the Rand all over the place

Singin’

We will we will stop you

We will we well stop you

Jacob you’re a weak man, butt man

ANC got seats gonna take out our world some day

You got Guptas at your place

You big disgrace

Laughing your ass off all over the place

We will we will stop you

(Sing it!)

We will we will stop you

Jacob you’re an old man dodge man

Pleadin’ with your guys gotta make your president pay

He got mud on your name

This man is a shame

Someone better stop him or it’s more of the same

We will we will stop you

(Sing it!)

We well we will stop you

(Eveybody)

We will we will stop you

We will we will stop you

(Alright)

Hard work went into putting together this hit song. Even intern Carl headed out to join the protest and got a few protesters to sing along.
