Shark Attack: Caleb Swanepoel Survives

Earlier this year, UCT student and surfer, Caleb Swanepoel survived a horrible shark attack while surfing in Buffels Bay. We take a look back at this great moment of 2015.
Caleb is a 20 year old student from UCT in Cape Town and who lives in Prince Albert. Caleb was surfing in Buffels Bay when he was attacked by a shark who left his right leg amputated above the knee and lacerations to the left leg as well. This happened while Caleb was on holiday with his family.
Caleb's shark attack was one of 2 within in 2 days over that specific weekend. Although Caleb has lost a leg he is still extremely positive about life. We found out from Caleb about the whole ordeal.
