TCB callers gush over Jennifer Rush
The charming 80s icon may hail from America, but the woman behind the million-selling single "The Power Of Love" says her heart is in SA.
The world fell in love with Rush in the mid 80’s when hit singles "25 Lovers" and “Ring Of Ice” started charting all over Europe, but it was the iconic ballad “The Power Of Love” that cemented her name into the industry as the person responsible for "THE love song of the decade."
In 2014 Jennifer celebrated the 30 Year Anniversary of her first album release and decided to return to South Africa for a string of concerts that will have fans of all ages belting out a song with this powerhouse of a vocalist.

During a discussion about songs that should be removed from playlists, Ring of Ice received a bit of a bashing and after an upset call ended with threats from said angry caller, The Complimentary Breakfast received a surprise that rendered the normally very vocal Rian absolutely speechless.
