'Winter Bodies' finalists share tips on staying in shape during Winter

Last week we launched our 'Winter Bodies' competition, where we asked listeners to send through images of themselves looking good during Winter. The saying goes 'Summer bodies are made in Winter' and our top three finalists have definitely proven that. They shared a few tips on how to keep fit and look great.
Our top three finalists, Stuart Wilsworth, Regina Jonga and Bernadine du Pisanie are all in great shape, and it is Winter.
Normally, for most folk, Winter is a time for comfort food, however, that is not how Summer bodies are made.
One can admit that they look really good, right? Well, with a few tips and discipline, you can achieve these physical results as well.
One can see that keeping in shape, especially during Winter, is hard work. They each shared a few tips on keeping fit and staying in tip-top shape.
