Another assault video makes headlines in South Africa

A number of assault videos have made the news recently and it seems this time Ocean Basket is in hot water.
Once again social media has been used as a medium to spread a viral video of an assault that has occurred at a restaurant.
According to the tweet posted by @kutulloMadisha, the incident took place at the Lakefield Ocean Basket in Benoni
In the video, a man can be seen slapping what seems to be an employee.

Ocean Basket's Grace Harding has since released a statement saying the man has been removed from the franchise with immediate effect.
“We took immediate action within 24 hours of finding out. The owner of the store has been removed from the store and he will no longer own the store. He will not be a franchisee of Ocean Basket.”
Police in Benoni said no case has been opened, but urged anyone with information to come forward.
