Are men better drivers than women?

A recent survey by Alexander Forbes has finally settled the war of the road on who are better drivers and its an answer that not many men are happy about.

 

According to Alexander Forbes insurance company’s claims data for 2014, men claim more for vehicle damages than women.

 

The presence of more claims by men indicate that men seem to drive more aggressively and at faster speeds than women, and while men may be more skilled in the art of driving, they were more reckless.

 

The survey then went futher to say that female drivers outscored men in general on driving tests.

 

A local driving instructurer Alistair Naidoo said, “Men need to stop being so chauvinistic and give women their due. Women are more conscientious on the roads, making for safer drivers.”

 

Althrough men may believe that they are the better drivers it seems that the facts don't lie.
