How dangerous is eating food after it's sell by date?

When choosing food for your family there are a number of myths and unknowns that we don't consider in our everyday life.
One of those being the consumption of genetically enhanced food products. Did you know that by law in South Africa maze products must be genetically enhanced. The question is how good is this for you. Kriya chatted to Nigely Sunley former President of the South African Association of Food Science and Technology about the benefits of genetically enhanced foods.

Another important point to remember is "sell by" and "use by" dates. Depending on the product these date can vary in importance. Nigel explains which dates your should stick to and which dates aren't as important.
