This is such a touchy subject. When it comes to friends and family, do you lend them money and are there terms and conditions?
Today I got a phone call from a friend who is in a bit of a pickle and needs to borrow some cash. Normally I would have jumped at the opportunity to help a friend, but recently I have noticed that money leaves my account and never really comes back.
So what do you do? Do you say no to the friend and then feel like a bad person or do you give them a few terms and conditions?
