Karen Zoid shares touching memories of Hugh Masekela

South African rocker, Karen Zoid, has shared a heart-warming tribute to the late Hugh Masekela.
She took to Instagram to share her memories of him when he employed her at his club when she was just 17 yeara old.
Masekela, who is an internationally acclaimed jazz musician, lost his battle with prostate cancer this week.

Karen Zoid starts her heartfelt tribute by saying: "Hartseer nuus. Bra Hugh Masekela het my op sewentienjarige ouderdom 'n job gegee in die kombuis en later in die "front of house" van sy legendariese club, Kippies in Newtown....”
