The Banting Blondes: Pizza for abs!

Here's an ab friendly take on a family favourite. Guaranteed to keep the carbs at bay!
Ingredients:
•1/2 cup almond meal
•1/4 teaspoon salt
•1/2 teaspoon each dried basil and oregano
•1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
•1 teaspoon olive oil and extra for greasing the pan
•1 large egg
•1/3 cup tomato paste
•pizza toppings of your choice
•grated mature English Cheddar cheese
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease with olive oil.
3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine almond meal, seasonings, olive oil, and egg.
4. Spread the dough thinly on the parchment paper until it is 8 inches in diameter.
5. Bake for 10 minutes.
6. While it bakes, sauté toppings if desired.
7. Remove crust from the oven and add tomato paste and toppings.
8. Bake for 15 minutes or until crisp.
