Legendary Duncan Faure from Rabbitt & Bay City Rollers MBD EXCLUSIVE!
Updated | By Boledi Makofane
The legendary Duncan Faure gave us an exclusive interview on MBD and we couldn't even get him off his guitar!
Duncan Faure first burst on to the scene in the 1970s with the famous South African rock-pop group Rabbitt. Duncan led Rabbitt to multiple gold and platinum albums and several Grammys.
Although the group Rabbitt broke up, Duncan then became the new frontman for Scottish rock-pop sensation the Bay City Rollers.
He says he joined the Bay City Rollers when he moved to Los Angeles in 1978 and got himself a manager who invited him to watch the Stones with Michael Jackson at Anaheim stadium.
Sir Elton John got him his green card and apparently they're really close.
Among his many accomplishments, in 1987 he recorded vocals for the single “24 Hours” on Madonna's “Who's That Girl” soundtrack, which went 4 times platinum.
