The aim of of these 'Pestaurants' that pop up once a year is to encourage you to be more adventurous with your food and promoting the health benefits of an insect rich diet already enjoyed by billions across the globe.

Eating insects (Entomophagy) is recognized by the UN as a viable food source. Eating insects can enrich your diet with higher levels of protein as well as zinc and calcium. What’s more, insects are low in fat - so why not indulge! Did you know that crickets can contain up to 25g of protein per 100g?
