In the world of Facebook, WhatsApp and texting, emojis are often used to add onto the words we write, as we write them. Check which emojis are getting an update next year!
With the word 'emoji' topping the unofficial list as the word of the year for 2015, it has been announced that the existing set of emojis will be getting an upgrade in 2016.
Unicode Consortium, the company responsible for emoji standardization, is now looking at 38 new candidates to be approved for a "mid-2016" release and we cannot wait.
