Scientists claim that men with 'dad bodies' are much sexier to women

Good news, dads! Apparently scientists have claimed that the 'dad body' shape and figure is more attractive to women. Not only is it more attractive, but could have you living much longer too.

A scientist has claimed that men with a tummy and love handles are more likely to pass on stronger genes than the skinny ones.

Richard Bribiescas, a professor of anthropology at Yale University, says in his book How Men Age: What Evolution Reveals About Male Health and Mortality, that by putting on weight after fatherhood, does strengthen the immune system and, in the long run, makes you less likely to suffer from heart attacks or prostate cancer, as reported by The Telegraph.

In addition, a 2008 study found that men with high metabolisms were 50 percent more likely to die in a given year than those without.

The study stated that, "while men are on average larger and physically stronger than women, men have a considerable weakness.

"We have a harder time fighting off infections and illness compared with women, and... men simply do not take care of themselves.
