Whether you are a top shot business executive or you’re way down the ladder working tirelessly to earn your monthly cheque, the 9-5 grind can take its toll.

Just like it was in George Orwell’s Animal Farm where certain animals were more equal than others, it seems the same can be said about days of the week where certain days seem to be more equal than others.
So it’s a Friday and you find yourself all jovial and bubbly either because you met all the deadlines you had set out to meet at the start of the week or you simply can’t wait for a lekker jol you and your buddies have planned for the weekend ahead...naturally you’re all smiles and waiting in much anticipation to knock off.
The time suddenly comes and you up and away, gallantly waltzing through the office door ready for the weekend ahead.
But unfortunately all good things come to an end. And that includes the weekend too. No matter how many times one can snooze the Monday morning alarm, at certain hour they will need to report for duty, possibly still hung over the festivities of the weekend that was or grumpy to be stuck behind a desk when there could be so many other things to do.
Do you know of people whose moods seem to change with the different days of the week or you maybe are that person?
Play along and document your fellow colleague daily starting on Monday all the way to Friday and send your selfies using #MBDSelfie and you could be featured on the Martin Bester Drive!
