Watch: Swift lawsuit 'shake off' for Taylor over stolen lyric claim

Winning a lawsuit over a claim she stole lyrics to her smash hit "Shake It Off" has probably got Taylor Swift going 'who's the loser now, huh'?

Taylor Swift, a multi-award winning and multi-millionaire pop star was recently accused of having stolen the lyrics of her 2014 hit "Shake It Off". The complainant in the matter Jesse Graham, claims his 2013 song "Haters Gone Hate" is the source for lyrics to Swift's hit.

Gasp!
A judge has since thrown out the $42 million claim and ruled in favour of Swift.
