Woman gets her 20 boyfriends to buy her iPhone's then sells them for a house
If you are struggling to get a deposit to put down for a house, why not just get some inspiration for what this woman did in order to buy herself a house?
Well, it's not that easy. Firstly you will need 20 boyfriends, then you would need to ask them all to buy you a cellphone, preferably an iPhone. This is definitely not everyone's cup of tea.
This is exactly what one woman did. Known as Xiaoli online, a woman in China has approximately raised over 14, 000 pounds by selling the 20 iPhones her partners each bought her. If that's not enough, each device was the latest iPhone - the iPhone 7. With that being said, she manged to buy herself a house with the cash.
Xiaoli's story appeared initially appeared on a blogging forum and was shared by user Proud Qiaoba
"Who knows what her boyfriends think now this news has become public," says Qiaboa. Well, we can definitely say they are not happy!
According to Proud Qiaoba, who seems to work with Xiaoli, the woman is not from a wealthy family and her "mum is a housewife and her dad is a migrant worker, and she is the oldest daughter."
"Her parents are getting old and she might be under a lot pressure hoping to buy them a house… But it's still unbelievable that she could use this method!"
