Are Checkers Sixty60 drivers the firemen of the road?

Are Checkers Sixty60 drivers the firemen of the road?

Kids used to get super excited to see a firetruck. Now, the Checkers Sixty60 drivers seem to have replaced the once-famous firetruck.

It is safe to say that Checkers has been monopolising the market with its imprinting on young kids (and adults), not just with its Checkers Little Shop minis, but also with its Sixty60 drivers.

Yes, we have to admit that people were taking things a tad bit too far when they began selling the minis online for ridiculous amounts of money, but it was entertaining to watch.

Checkers introduced Checkers Sixty60 motorbikes, toys, and apparel, all in the name of listening to their market. Kids were obviously taken away by their Sixty60 drivers, and therefore the toys and bikes made sense.

We saw kids aspiring to be Sixty60 drivers, and it was both sweet and innocent.

The switch from looking up to firemen to Sixty60 drivers was swift but changed how South Africans view Sixty60 drivers.

The heroes of our shopping have become a hit, and one woman didn't waste the opportunity to say so. As she was driving through the streets of South Africa, she came across five Sixty60 drivers all waiting at the traffic light.

When the traffic light changed to green and they all took off, she was happy to call them the soldiers of the South African economy—a wonderfully humourous comparison, not to mention her identification of their importance in a meal prepper's life.

They are no guardians of the galaxy, but they sure do come close...
