Boyfriend misinterprets girlfriend's request for 'Flour'
Updated | By Jacaranda FM
Lost in translation...
Being in a relationship with someone who speaks the same language is already challenging, now can you imagine being in a relationship with someone who doesn't share your first language?
We don't even care to mention the type of misinterpretations that might occur.
But as luck has it, we were amused by a video shared by a bilingual couple on TikTok.
In a video, we see a man walking toward his partner carrying a flower pot whilst at a supermarket.
It seems the man, Jorge, was asked to go back into the supermarket to get 'flour' but he misunderstood the assignment.
Instead of getting 'flour' for baking, he got a pot of flowers.
If anything, we admired the way they could laugh over this misunderstanding.
