Could this be the best plumber slogan ever?
Updated | By Jacaranda FM
"We repair what your husband fixed."
There's this age-old stereotype that says that men are in charge of fixing things in the house, while women are caregivers and homemakers.
But that stereotype has dissolved over the years, and the assigned roles have mish-mashed in the process.
However, it still rings true in a different kind of way.
A video posted on TikTok recently was a great indicator that the stereotype evolved.
It is roughly still at this point, where nowadays not all husbands or men of the house are good at fixing things. In other words, being handy.
The video supported this premise. With a plumbing company using this knowledge to market to their customers.
Their tagline was literally: "We repair what your husband fixed."
