Driver uses makeshift creeper to replace missing wheel

We can trust South Africans to always make a plan...
We think that when it comes to South Africans, or maybe we should extend that to Africans in general, we are always able to make a plan.
And that plan sometimes doesn't always seem to tick all the boxes of the law, but it sure does provide us with pure entertainment.
We have seen examples of people driving homemade cardboard cars and the like. Now we've found a person who used a creeper.
The short video was shot somewhere in South Africa. If we have to take the lead from the number plate, then it is somewhere in the Western Cape.
In the video, we see a car stopped at a traffic light. The car is missing its back right wheel and has a creeper as a substitute.
In case you don't know what a creeper is, it is that wheelie device that mechanics usually use to go under a car.
