As the saying goes, "Straight roads do not make skilful drivers."
We understand that to mean that when you are put in difficult and challenging situations, you learn the most. In driving, on an unchallenging road, you rarely learn anything.
It seems that some people, though, are just negligent in their approach to driving. A video shows a driver negligently hitting two stationary vehicles in a parking lot.

We are uncertain whether this driver did this intentionally, but the worst part of it all was that the driver drove off after hitting two stationary cars.
The driver did not stop to check the damages nor did the person leave a note. It was captured on video by chance, or so it reads on the video.
