Expected behaviour or wall trap for this French Bulldog?

One of the shows that has garnered much popularity over time is 'Dumb Ways to Die'.
Of course, it is not as morbid as it sounds. The show just airs moments of hilarity, situations that people or animals have gotten themselves into that could've ended up way worse than they did.

A funny video that we got stuck on showed a French Bulldog stuck in a wall.
A hole in the wall behind what looked like the washing machine seemed intriguing to this little guy, who thought he could fit through.
He ended up getting stuck in the hole with his head on the outside part of the wall and his body on the inside of the building.
