Have you seen this slide at Singapore Airport?

Have you seen this slide at Singapore Airport?

This could be the most incredible attraction we have seen at an airport to date...

We've seen many theme parks around the world offering incredible rides and attractions, but this is the first time we've seen an airport do that.

The thrill of visiting Singapore Changi Airport doesn't just come from the exquisite views, the enormity of the space, or the elite airlines, but rather from The Slide @T3.

The Slide @T3 is said to be the world's tallest slide at an airport and the tallest slide in Singapore at 12m (or four storeys high).

"Kids and adults can hop into the tubular slide from Level 1 and take an exhilarating ride down to Basement 3." (Changi Airport)

The slide is accessible to rewards members at terminal 3 in the airport. Each rewards member is allowed ten slide rides per day.

The minimum height requirement is 1.3m and the maximum height is 2m. This might be the best way to board a gate, especially for those running late - no running required.

Did you know there is a psychology behind the enjoyment we experience when we use a slide?

Over and above the sense of adventure, there's the thrill of speed, motion, and stimulation. We have to say that having something like a slide at an airport terminal gate is epic, but we are intrigued to find out what the queue management might look like.
