How did this six-year-old cause drama at a wedding?

Uh, apparently the bride asked him to leave because he was wearing white...
We can understand why some brides are painted in a bad light when it comes to being called 'Bridezilla'.
Usually, it is a guest or a bridesmaid who spills the tea on some horrendous bride story.
But this time it was the groom who felt compelled to share what happened at their wedding. He posted his story to the Reddit group asking if he was an A-hole for not feeding into his bride's outlandish requirements.
You see it was the groom's six-year-old nephew who was the apparent cause of the drama.
The young man, who was wearing white pants and a bow tie, apparently caused the bride distress.
The groom described the wedding ceremony as "amazing", but at the reception, he noticed his bride upset. After going to check on her, she revealed to him that their nephew was wearing white.
He consoled her and said that she should forget about that and go enjoy her wedding reception. He left thinking everything was okay.
Little did he know nothing was resolved. He then found his bride talking to his sister, the mother of the little boy wearing white.
He thought it was innocent and rudely found out that his bride had asked his sister and nephew to leave if the six-year-old boy didn't change.
“This was far from okay to me, so I asked my wife to talk and explained everything my sister told me. My wife said she was completely in the right for what she asked, and I told her that if she kicks my family out, then I will happily leave too.
“My wife started crying again and saying that this is her day, and she doesn’t want it to be ruined by our nephew. This angered me because I had enough of her ruining our day over something silly." (MSN)

Sadly, things didn't end well, as the groom shared that his new bride is staying at her mom's place and they are not on speaking terms.
In fact, her mother contacted him that day saying he should apologise. Now, that is just abominable!
Wearing white to a wedding is a no-no, but when a six-year-old boy decides to wear it, we don't think it should be a problem. After all, children will always rule with the cuteness factor, it's not them stealing your moment.
We feel for the couple, not an ideal time to realise that perhaps you're not the right fit for one another...
