We are in the midst of the holidays, and we can safely say that everyone is gearing up for the festive period.

Some are preparing for their holidays, while others are already jet-setting or preparing for a home-body vacation. The United Arab Emirates, particularly Dubai, is one of the most popular holiday destinations for South Africans and people from around the world.

Known for its multitude of activities, extreme heat, skyscrapers, fashion, and elite shopping malls, Dubai is a desired destination for many travellers.

The UAE is known to cool down around this time of year but is known for its blistering heat throughout the year, which surprisingly doesn't deter people from making it their travel destination.

A video shared by a Travel Instagram page showed us how one establishment ensures their coffee lovers are kept cool amidst the warm days.

In the video, we see a waiter bring a large block of what we assume is dry ice to a table at a restaurant. The ice block has a cavity in the middle, mimicking a box with a hole. Inside, there is milk with ice cubes.

He adds coffee to the milk, syrup, and straws for his guests to enjoy a Dubai-versed iced coffee...
